After upgraded to Siebel 20.3, experiencing issues with missing javascript files.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel 20.3
2. Open browser tools
3. Navigate to Siebel 20.3
4. Observe http 404 errors for missing javascript
