Default Product not Added under Promotion due to Enumerated Attribute with Many Values Gives Errro SBL-CFG-00123 and SBL-GEN-00001 (Doc ID 2673188.1)

Symptoms

The following behavior was reported on 20.1 version.

Customer had a complex product structure like:

 Promotion

        ->  Root product

                -> Child product 1

                             -> grandchild product  ( set as default )

 One of the classes used in product structure had an attribute of type Enumerated with ~800 values added. The attribute was used in a constraint rule.

When creating a sales order and adding the promotion, the following issues occur:

1. the gradnchild is not added by default

2. When trying to customize Child product1, the following errors occur:

'LoadCfgUIService' at step 'Go to UI'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2]Unable to load message 0x1(SBL-GEN-00001)
[3]Failed loading configuration model.(SBL-CFG-00123)

Also the log file show some additional errors:

SBL-CFG-00125: An internal error was encountered:  Parser scanning at unreasonable position: 10002 (reasonable means < 10000) while processing this rule

SBL-CFG-00121: Error getting definition for class or product ID <row_id>: An internal error was encountered: Parser scanning at unreasonable position: 10002 (reasonable means < 10000).
