Application crash/Server Busy observed on trying to open MVG applet from the list applet

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Go to Campaigns
3. Click on MVG field on custom list applet
4. Observe application crash/Server Busy error
