Qn1:On : 19.7 version, CRM Desktop for Outlook

Is there a way to recover or save unsynced data in CRM desktop?

1. How to identify or recover the user data is not been synchronized to Siebel?
2. Is there any tool to extract or export user data which is not synced with siebel from .PST or .OST files?
3. When a new package is deployed to server after metadata is re-create, does old CRM Dektop data will remain intact in outlook which are not synced to Siebel and can sync further after post new package is obtained?
4. Is there any possibility before uninstall CRM Desktop plugin can user take a backup of all non sync data with siebel and further recover all that data after reinstall it for further sync to siebel?
