Symptoms
When trying to generate Siebel BI Publisher reports using Siebel Security Model after a BI Publisher restart, the reports fail suddenly after initial successful execution and the following errors are recorded in XMLPReportServer.log:
In the EAIObjMgr_enu log, below error was seen:
GenericLog GenericError 1 0056e53f5e560c24:0 2020-05-08 17:53:19 (secmgr.cpp (2773) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: An error has occurred executing a query. Query did not execute successfully because it exceeded the resource limits set on the database server. Please simplify your query or report this problem to your systems administrator.(SBL-DBC-00112)

STEPS TO REPRO
---------------
1. Setup Siebel BI Publisher (BIP) integration with Siebel security model
2. Setup same authentication scheme (database or LDAP) for XMLPReportServer, EAIObjMgr_enu and Siebel Application Object Manager that is used for generating reports
3. Check to see if the report generation is successful consistently and there are no intermittent errors
