IP2017: The Siebel Service owner account must be part of the Local Administrator Group (not the Local Users Group), otherwise the Siebel Server service will not start (Doc ID 2674508.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Server service is not starting. 

Changes

 Remove "siebel" Windows account id from Administrators group. In this way the “siebel” will be part of local “Users” group.
