After updating database statistics as recommended by Performance Tuning Guidelines for Siebel CRM Application on Oracle Database (Doc ID 2077227.2)
a comparison between a database in which the script was run and another where the script was not yet run shows data was sorted in a different order on custom "Providers" view which is based off Accounts.
