Siebel Outbound REST Is Not Converting The Output Response Into A PropertySet When The Response Is An Array List Of Items (Doc ID 2675350.1)

Symptoms

When using Siebel Workflow process to invoke an outbound REST call:


a. When the response is an array, (wrapped inside square [] brackets), the response is returned to Siebel container layer, it shows up in the siebeljbs.log file. However, the response is not returned to the workflow process output argument.

For instance, if the response is similar to this with an opening [ and closing bracket ] :
