Cannot Create Covered Products Using FS Create Entitlement Business Service When Same Product Is In Different Organisations

Cannot Create Covered Products when the product with same name is present in different Organizations
The value entered in field Product of buscomp Service Agreement Product does not match any value in the bounded pick list PickList AG Internal Product.(SBL-DAT-00225)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create new entitlement template in Administration - Contracts
2.Create new product test with organization as Default orgranization
3.Create new organization in Administration - Group - Organizations as 'Test Org'
4.Create new product with name as test and organization as 'Test Org'
5.Go to Entitlement templates and add product test with default organisation
6.Create new agreement and add line item with product as test and click auto entitlement
7.Go to business service simulator and create new record with BS name as FS Create entitlement and Method as CreateCoveredProduct
8.Provide the inputs NewEntlId,EntlTplId,AgreementId,AgreeItemId,EntlTplIncludeAllProductsFlag and execute the business service,following error is returned
Error :The value entered in field Product of buscomp Service Agreement Product does not match any value in the bounded pick list PickList AG Internal Product.(SBL-DAT-00225 is returned
Performing the same test case without duplicate productnames,coveredproducts are created for entitlements
