20.5 and Higher Patchsets May Yield Blank Page - Reverse Proxy Settings (Doc ID 2675674.1)

Symptoms

After applying patchset 20.5, when the object manager is launched, a blank page appears and the UI is not rendered. The implementation is an SSO Configuration - Oracle IAM, Oracle WebGate, IIS and AI tomcat - with a reverse proxy. This worked in 19.8, but no longer does after the 20.5 patchset.
