Symptoms

On : 19.9 version, Siebel Marketing

When attempting to run campaign load, the following error occurs.

Error/Warning : Error invoking service 'Mktg Data Load Service', method 'CampaignLoad' at step 'Load Segment Tree Cells/Segments'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Operation 'writeListFiles' of Web Service 'com.siebel.analytics.web/soap/v1.JobManagementService' at port 'JobManagementServiceSoap' failed with the following explanation: "File system error with object: /system/mktgjob/job52330".(SBL-EAI-04308)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attach a segment to a campaign
2. Run campaign Load
3. normally this works the first time. When the campaign is re-run at a later date, this fails with the error

This scenario is based upon a new install of OBI 12C. If you have the same error in an upgraded environment, please refer to doc id : Marketing Job - Item Is Locked And Unable To Find Job Errors (SBL-EAI-04308) (Doc ID 2382955.1) for a workaround
