Relationship Hierarchy Does Not Display Contacts In Households (Doc ID 2677729.1)

Symptoms

Household Relationship Hierarchy does not display the associated contacts record.

(1) Go to 'Site Map'->'Households'->'List' view and select a record.

(2) Drilldown on Name field.

(3) Make sure that there are several contacts associated to the household record.

(4) Go to 'Relationship Hierarchy' view.

(5) The tree applet at the bottom-left in the view does not display the contact records.

It was working fine in IP15.
