Custom HTML Referenced In Custom JS Not Loading In IP 2017 And Later (Doc ID 2679550.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Siebel IP 2014 to Siebel 18.10, to 19.8 and then to 20.3 version, running into issues with loading Open UI files.

Used Google Geo coding API to Show google map for seminar venue location.
As a part of this configuration, trying to load a HTML file from jquery.storelocator.js(3rdparty file) in an applet,


It is working fine in IP 2014 Application, but in 19.x these files are not identified by the server and getting below errors in Console:

jquery.js?_scb=20.3.0.0_SIA_[23073_0]_ENU:2 GET https://<domain_name>/consumer_oui/files/infowindow-description.html 404
jquery.js?_scb=20.3.0.0_SIA_[23073_0]_ENU:2 GET https://<domain_name>/consumer_oui/files/location-list-description.html 404
