Fields With Identical Display Name Are Not Shown In The List Applet (Doc ID 2680518.1)

Symptoms

The list columns do not appear in the applet when the display name is the same and the columns were added by Columns display dialog.

The behavior can be replicated for example with the following steps:

1. Modify the Contact List Applet.
2. Change the Display name "City" with State, in order to have 2 columns named State.
3. Inspect the modified applet.
4. Click on the Columns Displayed button.
5. Move the State columns from Available to Selected
