Symptoms


Business Service errors out when tested in the Simulator.

ERROR

Insufficient number of parameters for fclose
Insufficient number of parameters for fputs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel Application
2. Navigate to Business Service and create Business service with below code

3. Simulate the business service and it is throwing error
