Goal

Customer wanted to know when server or component restart is required (in order to account for downtime requirements during Incremental Runtime Repository migration) in the context of running migration plans when performing the below tasks:

Migrate a New BIP report
Migrate an Existing BIP report

Do we need to restart the Siebel servers when deploying new BIP reports or performing updates to BIP reports for the changes take into affect?
