Following are some of the basic questions that would need answers when attempting to upgrade Oracle database to 19c from lower versions.

1. Where do we need to install the Oracle 19c binaries (Gateway, AI, App Server)?
2. In the current Data Source Names, does the driver need to be changed from seor827.dll to something different?
3. Is there schema change from lower versions of Oracle database to 19c?
4. Is there an Oracle 19c location for downloading the binaries?
