Quote Total In Header Is Not Changing After Changing The Discount In Child Line items (Doc ID 2687906.1)

Symptoms

Customer has Quote with the Discount button on the parent applet.
Customer selects the discount, changes it and saves the record. The child line items do not change

It is expected that the change in thr parent applet would make changes ot the child


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the discount amount in the parent applet
2. Save the record
3. Child applet is not updated
