Unable to Perform Standard Merged on Loyalty Members (Doc ID 2688944.1)

Cannot merge members because of Member Status

When attempting to use standard merge (Edit > Merge) on Loyalty Members, the following error is thrown:

"The value entered in field Status of buscomp LOY Member does not match any value in the bounded pick list LOY PickList Member Status. (SBL-DAT-00225)"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select two Loyalty Members from the list applet.
2. With the records selected, use the application menu: Edit > Merge Records
3. Error occurs

Due to this issue, users are unable to merge Loyalty Members
