Edit Button In Attachment Popup Is Disabled Even After DISA Is Installed (Doc ID 2688993.1)

Symptoms

DISA 2.18.12 was installed on the client PC where the Siebel server is 20.6.

When trying to open an attachment file, the following error is displayed and Edit button is disabled.

Edit button is disabled as Siebel was not able to connect to
Desktop Integration Siebel Agent.


The log file in DISA shows below:
