Expiration Date For Accrual Giving Incorrect Value

Symptoms
The point expiration date is set to 1 year from the transaction creation date even if the expiry month (December) and expiry day (31) are selected
The expiry date and month should be added to the expiry date of each transaction
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Loyalty Program > Point Type, set:
Expiry Basis : Fixed Day
Period: 12
Period UOM : Months
Expiry Month : December
Expiry Day : 31
2. Create an accrual transaction
3. Process transaction
4. Expiry date is 12 months from the transaction, not to the 31 December date
