Sporadic Object Manager Crash When Launching A Specific Task Based on Custom Transient Business Component (Doc ID 2693846.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch a specific custom Task Base UI based on a Transient Business Component the Object Manager session causes a component instance crash. This is intermittent and can NOT be reproduce at will. This is an old Task Base UI, no new modification has been made recently on this Task UI.

Only change made recently was update from Siebel CRM 19.10 to  Siebel CRM 20.3. The behavior is still been observed sporadically in Siebel 20.5 Update.

The behavior can not be reproduce in lower environments and is been observed in Production only.

But the signature for the issue is always the same, the user trying to initiation a specific Task Base UI when it crashes with callstack below:
