Symptoms
When Running Database Configuration Wizard for different options (Install, Upgrep, Upgphys, etc), after entering all credentials and information, it fails at the end with the error below:
"Error code: 3611512, please check sqlgenval.log present under <SES_HOME>/siebsrvr/log for more details."
The log file <SES_HOME>/siebsrvr/log/sqlgenval.log shows the error :
