When attempting to create a new connection in target environment in Siebel Migration Application, the connection fails with server busy on migration application and migration.log shows the following error occurs.
STEPS TO REPRO
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In a target environment configure and deploy Migration profile in Siebel Management Console (SMC).
2. Check to see if the Migration application is running and login is successful.
3. Inside the target environment migration application, try to create a new connection and see if it is successful.
