Symptoms


The promotion excluded products neither hidden nor red marked in the Configurator Page and user able to select the promotion based excluded products 




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Tested the below scenario in web conference and issue reproduced
1. Create below products and release all
SRTC2
SRTC3
SRTC4
SRTC11
SRTC12
SRTC13
2. Create below customizable products and release it
SRTC1
     |--> Dynamic class : Sub Bandwidth
                 |--> SRTC11
                 |--> SRTC12
                 |--> SRTC13
SRTCR
        |--> Dynamic class : Bandwidth
                      |--> SRTC1
                      |--> SRTC2
                      |--> SRTC3
                      |--> SRTC4
3. Create Promotion and override the child products as below
SRTCProm
         |-->SRTCR(Def Card : 1)
                 |--> Dynamic class : Bandwidth
                              |--> SRTC1(Def Card : 1)
                                          |--> Dynamic class : Sub Bandwidth
                                                      |--> SRTC11(Def Card : 1)
4. Create Order and add SRTCProm in line items, line structure will be displayed as below
SRTCProm
        |-->SRTCR(Def Card : 1)
                   |--> SRTC1(Def Card : 1)
                             |--> SRTC11(Def Card : 1)
Launch the eConfigurator on SRTR product line item
Open Bandwidth dropdown
except SRTC1, remaining products should be displayed in red color
this is working fine
Drill down on SRTCR in the same eConfigurator session
Open Sub Bandwidth dropdown
except SRTC11, remaining products should be displayed in red color
but all 3 products displayed in black color( SRTC11, SRTC12, SRTC13)

Note :- Same scenario working fine in 16.19, but the scenario not working as expected in 20.6
