Symptoms

The Oracle Database Server was upgraded to 12.2.0.1, and the following error is reported in the alert log when attempting to bring the Siebel Application server up.


Due to the above error the Siebel Application server does not startup

Changes

Oracle database server was upgraded from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1
