Symptoms

When attempting to run a campaign load Wave Launch with OBIEE after OBIEE upgrade from 11g to 12c thrown below error

ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Campaign Management screen
  2. Create a new Campaign in Campaign List Applet
  3. Drill down on Campaign Name and click on "Launch Wave" button
  4. Task got complete but with the error message
