SBL-EAI-04311: Operation 'impersonate' Error When Trying to Add a Segment to a Campaign From OBIEE 12c (Doc ID 2697446.1)

Symptoms

Accessing Marketing Segments from within Siebel after OBIEE 12c upgrade results in SBL-EAI-04311 error.


Siebel is integrated with OBIEE 12c. When accessing Segmentations in Siebel, the following error occurs:

"SBL-EAI-04311: Operation 'impersonate' is expecting a response but no response was received"

However, the same Siebel environment connecting to OBIEE 11g works fine.

Changes were also done adding the Impersonate Permission per Doc ID 2213774.1, but the issue persists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate Siebel with OBIEE 12c. In this case it was 12.2.1.3.
2. Create a Campaign or use an existing one.
3. Navigate to the 'Segments/List' sub-view and click 'Add Segments'.
4. The pop-up opens, but trying to navigate through the Catalog results in the error. 


Due to this issue, users cannot add Segments to Campaigns.
