When importing a JSON file from a 3rd party into Siebel Tools IP17+ version, the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into Siebel Tools

2. Create a new workspace

3. File > New Object > EAI > Web Services

4. Select the 3rd party JSON schema file

5. Click Finish, the reported error occurs.
