Comments Field in the smart script are not getting updated for multi value choice (Checkbox) after finishing Smart Script- 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create smart script and select Template Visit Trip Report under Administration - Smart Script
2) Navigate to Site Management and drill down on Site# field 
3) Navigate Question tab - click on Answer button to execute Smart Script 

4) Add comments in mutlti check box Question and add comment with Radio Question
