Siebel CTI Toolbar Disabled After a Proxy Introduced Between Siebel Server Running CommSessionMgr and Genesys Communications Servers (Doc ID 2698534.1)

Symptoms

Customer is trying to implement Forward Proxy configuration in Siebel Application to connect to Genesys Communications Server.

The Siebel CTI Toolbar get enabled while making the direct connection, but the same is not working when a proxy is introduce between the Siebel and Geensys..

The curl command works directly from the Siebel Server,  the request is able to go through the proxy server,but not from the Siebel Application.
