Siebel Mobile - 'Session Warning Message You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active' - when switching to some other app and back (Doc ID 2700501.1)

Siebel Mobile Specific - on version: 17.3 [IP2017]

Siebel Mobile is causing issues when attempting to use that mobile field service tool. If the screen with Siebel Mobile is not kept as the active window, it then attempts to open a new session when the user navigates back to that active window.
Even if user is moving out of the current active screen in Mobile application and trying to switch back immediately to that session, is still getting the same session warning message:

"Session Warning Message
You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active. Please choose the option that applies to you: (...)"

The issue can be reproduced at will in Customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Start Siebel Mobile application and navigate to some screen;
2. Switch to some other application on the device;
3. Then try to revert to Siebel Mobile app - and see that Session Warning message.

Due to this issue, users are forced to logoff and logon again if they cannot return to existing session.
Any unsaved data may be lost so end-users may have to repeat certain steps again.
