Error "SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record" when running eConfigurator (Doc ID 2701133.1)

When trying to customize a Product from an Order by clicking on the Siebel Configurator button, the following error occurs:

The following steps were taken to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to Sales Order and locate an Order with a Customizable Product.

  2. In the Line Items, click on "Customize" - The error occurs.
