Siebel Symbolic URL: Unable To Edit /Open Analysis Or Dashboard under Answers Screen (Doc ID 2702236.1)

Integrated OBIEE version with Siebel IP15 via symbolic URL in an iframe. When navigate to the OBIEE page, user cannot use the Open/Edit link to open or edit any analysis or dashboard.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel application
2. Navigate to the Answers screen
3. It displays the BI page in an iFrame
4. Click on the Open or Edit link to open a dashboard.  Nothing happens.  Screen remains as it is.
