Symptoms
An error is received in an outbound interface.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure interface from Siebel-Installation to an external 3rd party-Installation.
Note: for this particular case it was Salesforce.
2. Use SOAP-Webservices for Inbound and Outbound
3. The outbound interface stopped working.
