Business Service "LOY Redemption Web Service" and Method "ProcessQuote" does not release memory allocated after the process is completed (Doc ID 2702501.1)

Symptoms

When running the method "ProcessQuote" from Business Service "LOY Redemption Web Service", memory is allocated as expected, however it is never released once process completes.

Note: "ProcessQuote" creates and processes a Loyalty Redemption Transaction and converts an existing Quote to an Order

SOAPUI and Siebel Business Service Simulator were used to reproduce the issue:

Note: Loyalty Application data required to run "ProcessQuote", such as Loyalty Program, Loyalty Promotion, Loyalty Members were prior to test the "LOY Redemption Web Service" Business Service.

1- The request below is executed in SOAPUI 5 to 10 times. The  method "Get Quote" is used to have Quotes created:
