Symptoms
A DB connection issue is observed at the time of clicking on 'Finish' button while trying to re-base the integration branch.
After that, it was found that the related RR tables were not getting populated even after delivering the workspace.
As a result when doing IRR migration the code changes are not getting migrated to the higher environments.
