Error "SBL-ASG-00023: An invalid Row ID, Row , from the <Table>, has been passed to the assignment manager for processing." when running Assignment Manager Job (Doc ID 2703928.1)

Symptoms

Assignment Manager Job completes with Error and the following is seen in the AsgnSrvr Log:

 

The following steps were used to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to Administration - Server > Jobs
2. Create a Job for Component = Assignment Manager
3. In the Job Parameters List, add "Assignment Object Name = Account
4. Run it

Usually Assignment Manager will be invoked when an object is monitored by the Workflow Monitor based on configured Workflow Policies. Assignment Manager can also be invoked by a Workflow Process or even via Script code.

In the circumstances where the "object id" is still not committed to the Database when Assignment Manager runs, the same error will be seen.
