Hierarchical LOVs in context of Full Runtime Repository migration with Seed Migration Priority set to Source (Doc ID 2705388.1)

Symptoms

Hierarchical LOVs from Siebel Development environment are migrated during Full RR (Runtime Repository) with the scope of fixing data inconsistency in target environment.

In Siebel Target environment the Seed Migration Priority is set to Source. As result, the missing LOVs from target are not populated after full RR migration and WS_SRC_ID have wrong reference for the missing LOVs.

Changes

 Siebel Application upgrade to IP 2017 or newer.
