Error SBL-DAT-00144 Occurs Due To Missing REST Outbound View In The 20.8 PTB Client UI Application

The REST Outbound Web Service View is not visible in the SiteMap of the 20.8 PTB Client UI Application. In the log file, the following warning message is seen:
- Login into the PTB Application.
- Click the Site Map Icon on the Application Toolbar.
- Click the Administration - Web Service and you will see that Rest Outbound View is missing.
