Organization Visibility Is Applied On Pick Applets Even When Popup Visibility Auto All Is True (Doc ID 2706696.1)

Pick Applets are getting filtered with Org Visibility even when Popup Visibility Auto All Property is true on Pick Applet's BC.

The behavior can be replicated at will with the following steps:
1. Setup a user having access to "Activity List View" and "All Opportunities across Organizations" View. (Don't assign any other view based on Opportunity BC)
2. Login and Navigate to "Activity List View"
3. Add new record.
4. Open pick applet on "Opportunity" field on Form Applet. ("Opportunity Pick Applet" is opened here)
5. Verify the Visibility filter applied on pick applet from logs.

In this case Pick Applet should Apply "All" visibility but Organization visibility is getting applied. Opportunity BC have Popup Visibility Auto All = True and Popup Visibility Type=Organization
