Symptoms

In 20.8 version, Importing JSON file from the below location in Siebel tools is throwing error "Errors during processing: Cannot connect to the server(SBL-EAI-04115)".

c) Saved the tools.cfg file

d) Reimported the swagger file and still could see the error.
