Importing Data On Discount Matrix Is Taking Longer Time (Doc ID 2707837.1)

Symptoms

While importing data through the below step,
Administration- Pricing->Discount Matrices->Menu-> Import Data, it is taking 8-10 hours while importing 4k-5k data.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to the application
2. Navigate to Administration- Pricing->Discount Matrices
3. In the applet Menu click Import Data
Import the data through excel
