Symptoms

When attempting to click on Customize, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error invoking 'SIS OM PMT Service' method 'Reconfigure Product Instance' at step 'Reconfigure Product Instance' (SBL-BPR-00162)
Unable to load message 0x1 (SBL-GEN-00001)
Failed loading configuration model (SBL-CFG-00123)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a product structure as below:

    Promotion (Test Promotion)

      ->Root Product (Test Service Offer)

            ->-> Child Product (Test Child)

                 >>Attribute (with 56 values)
2. Create a new Sales Order
3. Add the promotion "Test Promotion"
4. Root product "Test Service Offer" gets added automatically
5. Customize the Root Product "Test Service Offer"
6. Add any Child product, quantity 1 and click on "Add Item"
8. Now click on "Customize" for that Child Product "Test Child"
9. "Test Child" has  an attribute with 56 values
Now, if additional values are added to this attribute, the customize errors out
10. Add 2 more values to this attribute.

11.Go back to Sales Order and try to customize the "Test Service Offer", product .
12. Warning appears for a required filed, then on click of OK button, it errors out as below:

Error invoking 'SIS OM PMT Service' method 'Reconfigure Product Instance' at step 'Reconfigure Product Instance' (SBL-BPR-00162)
Unable to load message 0x1 (SBL-GEN-00001)
Failed loading configuration model (SBL-CFG-00123)

The issue happens only after the 57th attribute value is added. Once it is reduced to 56, it works fine.
