Goal

Qn1:What is the expected behaviour if 2 out of 3 Gateway cluster nodes are down?
 
Qn2:Does the below paragraph from bookshelf imply that if two out of three Siebel Gateway registry cluster nodes are down then single node should be working as standalone server?

Bookshelf Siebel Installation Guide for UNIX > Configuring Siebel CRM Server Modules > Configuring the Siebel Gateway Cluster > About Siebel Gateway Clustering:

"If the Siebel Gateway cluster deployment fails (for example, if two out of three Siebel Gateway registry cluster nodes go down), then the system reverts to the non-clustered architecture: Siebel Application Interface and Siebel Server connect to the primary Siebel Gateway node, assuming it is running."
