Symptoms

Accessing the Siebel SMC resulted in a HTTP 404 Error after installing Siebel 20.x and starting the Siebel environment.

STEPS

1. Install Siebel 20.x Update.
2. Access the Siebel Management Console (SMC) page.
3. Observe the "HTTP 404 - Not Found error" occurs.
