Workspace Functionality Not Working In Portlet Mode (Doc ID 2708766.1)

Symptoms

Open and Inspect workspace is not working for Siebel when opened in portlet mode.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the external application ( Portlet ) link
2. The Siebel application is displayed inside an iFrame
3. There is no Workspace Cube available > navigate to the workspace Dashboard by using OpenUI > Go To View > WSUI Dashboard View - iFrame mode
4. Query for the Workspace in question
5. Open the workspace > blank page is displayed inside the iFrame

1. Set up the demo code:


STEPS | NAVIGATION:

1. Open the demo HTML
2. The application is displayed without the header
3. Forcing to navigate to "WSUI Dashboard View" allows the WS to be opened, but it displays a blank page.
4. Changing the parameter IsPortlet to 0, will display the Header containing the Cube, and will allow full Workspace functionalities.
