ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Getting Login Failed/Handshake failed status for server when accessing the Server Management Screen UI


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
server manager should connect and Server status should be Running in Server Management Screen in UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Siebel server status is Login failed/handshake failed when we attempt to connect to server manager or in the Server Management screen in UI.
Observations.
2. Whenever  bouncing the siebel server services, the sadmin ADSI account gets locked.
