Getting below error while applying the table using Siebel Tools
Unable to load dictionary data
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Navigate to Tools Object
3. Query for the table on which we need to perform Apply
4. Enter Table Owner and Password in the Apply Table window
5. Click on Apply
