Expired certificates can cause Gateway Security Profile error in SMC

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This could happen to new Siebel install or already running Siebel implementation due to expiry of any certificate used in the keystore. This is caused expiry of the certificate(s) in keystore and could lead to server busy error/ application inaccessible, while the Services are running.
Steps to replicate the error:
1. Start/running the Siebel server services
2. Login into SMC
3. Post login "Gateway - Create Security Profile" page has no value
